About

Aakash Bisht

I'm Aakash. I'm pursuing a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering at SGT University (GPA 8.37/10.00), and I build software... sometimes useful, sometimes experimental, always interesting — to me.

I'm drawn to the intersection of AI and product design. Not just "can we build this?" but "should this exist, and if so, what should it feel like?" The best software I've used disappeared into the workflow. That's what I try to build.

I believe the most interesting work happens at the edges — between disciplines, between serious engineering and playful experimentation, between "this will definitely work" and "let's see what happens."

Engineering Experience

My experience spans multiple layers of software development, following a natural progression: Frontend → Backend → APIs → Databases → AI/ML → Queues → Realtime Systems → Infrastructure.

I'm a generalist by instinct. I start with the problem, not the technology. Then I prototype too fast, break things, learn from the breaking, and rebuild better. My technical experience includes distributed processing, asynchronous job execution, AI inference pipelines, and containerized deployments.

Beyond Code

I listen to too much music. I think about product design more than is probably healthy. I'm interested in how people learn, how tools shape thinking, and why some interfaces feel alive while others feel dead.

I occasionally have ideas at 2 AM that seem brilliant and are usually terrible. Some of them end up in the experiments section anyway.
